About Asthma Here
|
The Asthma Here program partners with community leaders dedicated to improving the
lives of people with asthma. Projects are created and carried out by community leaders,
such as nurses, teachers, physicians, parents, principals, hospital administrators,
and public health officials. Funding for Asthma Here activities is provided by a
grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention through the Missouri Department
of Health and Senior Services.
